This is a first shift position – Mon-Fri (OT as needed).
Job Overview
· Safety Development – Maintain, correct, revise all health, safety, & environmental procedures for plant.
· Provide and facilitate HSE training as needed and all with all new tires.
· Conduct inspections of facility operations to ensure compliance.
· Monitor stack & fugitive emissions from plant to stay within compliance.
· Conduct sampling required by facility permit.
· Recordkeeping - Complete Permit Reports, corrective actions, etc.
· Perform related administrative duties as needed – filing reports (digital & electronic).
· OSHA Log Reports
· Worker’s Compensation – Investigating & reporting claims.
· OSHA/IOSHA/EPA/IDEM/DOT/IDOT compliance.

Experience:
· Experience with Microsoft office, Word, Excel. Outlook. Office equipment (Scanners & Printers).
· Manufacturing EHS Experience a must
· Foundry Experience Helpful but not required
· Safety 1 year – required
· Title V – 1 year preferred
