Overview:
The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Technician reports to the Safety Manager and is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, including OSHA, NFPA, and other health and safety standards. This role involves EHS surveillance at Pacific Cast Technologies and Selmet facilities in Albany, OR, and participation in safety and environmental compliance programs, including RCRA, Stormwater, and Air quality initiatives.

Knowledge of: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint.
Skills in: Work prioritization, organization, effective communication, documentation, hazard assessment, and job task evaluation.
Ability to: Work safely in hazardous environments, recognize and respond to compliance issues, work independently and in teams, think critically, lead safety initiatives, and manage multiple activities efficiently.
