Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Geologist or Scientist to join our Resilience Environment team in Paramus, New Jersey. You will assist Project Managers in planning and executing site characterization, investigation, and remediation tasks, with fieldwork at the core of the role.

The position requires a BS in Geology or related field and 2 years of relevant experience, with opportunities to lead drilling oversight, and remedial system maintenance, while contributing to Phase I/II projects and regulatory

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel and work in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute environmental site characterization, investigation, and remediation tasks.
• Oversee drilling operations and groundwater well installations.
• Coordinate field sampling of soil, air, groundwater, and surface water; manage subcontractors.
