Job summary

Arcadis U.S.Inc. seeks an Entry-Level Environmental Scientist or Geologist to join our Resilience Environment team in the New Jersey and Tri-state area. Expect 50%-90% field time, with training to oversee drilling, soil & groundwater sampling, and remediation tasks.

You will support project managers, prepare reports and subcontracts, and travel regionally. Strong communication and safety focus are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Environmental Science, Geology or related field is required.
• Fieldwork and report writing experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs and TMs in planning and executing environmental site characterization and remediation tasks.
• Prepare subcontracts, oversee subcontractors, and assist with reports and plans.
• Conduct field sampling and coordinate site activities with travel in the U.S.
• Support health and safety and work both in the field and office environments.
