Job summary

GHD in Calvert City, KY is seeking an Environmental Field Technician to support remediation and O&M projects across the region. You will work hands-on in the field performing groundwater monitoring, sampling, and equipment operations.

The role requires willingness to travel, 100% field work, and a valid driver's license; CDL A is preferred. OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training is a plus, and the successful candidate will join a practical, safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Up to 3 years of environmental experience preferred.
• Ability and willingness to perform field work 100% of the time.
• Ability and willingness to travel, including some overnights, as needed.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL Class A preferred (or must be able to obtain CDL).
• OSHA 40hr HAZWOPER training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate pump pulling units, install and troubleshoot pumps, operate backhoes and forklifts, weld, sample soil and groundwater.
