Hepaco, A Clean Harbors Company in Allentown, PA is seeking an Environmental Field Laborer to join our safety-conscious team. This role performs hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, equipment decontamination and handling of hazardous materials in the field.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to perform physical functions per key responsibilities.
• On‑call emergency response required; weekends/holidays may be needed; shifts can exceed 8 hours.
• Background check, drug test and physical required by position.
• Facial hair standards per OSHA respirator requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to keep Health and Safety as the top priority.
• Engage in strenuous physical labor including lifting and pulling heavy objects.
• Operate light and heavy equipment and various hand tools and powered tools.
• Wear and use PPE properly, including respirators and protective gear.
• Work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
