Job summary

August Mack Environmental, Inc. is seeking a FIELD OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR to lead and supervise environmental field operations across projects. The role emphasizes safety, quality, training, and coordination with subcontractors to meet project goals.

You will support planning, resource deployment, cost estimation, and documentation while mentoring staff and ensuring regulatory compliance. This on-site role requires strong technical and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or a related science field.
• 5+ years of field experience in environmental work; some management and training, or construction experience preferred.
• Strong computer and verbal/written communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental field operations and supervise field personnel.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Support project planning, resource deployment, cost estimating, and reporting.
