Job summary

The L&R Group, LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor to support our Branch's Field Operations and oversee field staff in the safe performance of daily tasks. You will lead crews, enforce safety practices, and coordinate training, schedules, and performance goals.

This role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and 5 years as a HAZWOPER/Environmental technician (or 3 years plus 2 years in supervision).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• 5 years as a HAZWOPER/Environmental technician OR 3 years as HAZWOPER/Environmental technician plus 2 years in supervision in another industry.
• Proficient with Fleetio or related software to complete reports and logs.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams and model company values.
• Ensure safe work practices and training.
• Plan, monitor, and appraise job results; provide coaching and feedback.
• Develop schedules, assign work, and manage resources.
• Enforce policies and procedures for each jobsite and emergency response.
• Create billing worksheets reflecting time, materials, and disposals.
• Maintain a safe work environment and compliance with regulations.
• Operate heavy equipment and oversee field operations under all conditions.
