INSERV - Environmental & Industrial Services is seeking an Environmental Supervisor to lead field operations, oversee Field Foremen and Environmental Technicians, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple sites. The role emphasizes safety training, coaching, and operational accuracy to protect workers and maintain project profitability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Progressive leadership experience in industrial services, environmental remediation, or hazardous material handling.
• OSHA 10/30 and HAZWOPER certifications listed above.
• Confined Space Entry training/certification.
• IDEM UST Class B or ability to obtain.
• NIMS ICS (100/200/300/700/703) preferred.
• AEP Safety Certification or Trainer background preferred.
• Valid Driver's License; CDL A/B preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations and deployment across multiple sites to meet schedule and budget targets.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate Field Foremen and Environmental Technicians; manage attendance and performance with HR.
• Audit sites for OSHA, EPA, IDEM compliance; ensure proper waste profiling and disposal documentation.
• Support Project Managers with quotes, cost tracking, change orders, and profitability reporting.
