Job summary

FirstLine Environmental Solutions seeks an Environmental Field Supervisor to oversee on-site projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote safety. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulators to deliver environmentally responsible outcomes.

The role requires hands-on leadership in hazardous materials handling, spill response, and site safety programs, plus strong communication and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions.

Qualifications

• Plan and execute work in compliance with company policies, site-specific requirements, and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of hazardous material spill response, site control procedures, decontamination processes, waste handling, and emergency response protocols.
• Verify training, PPE, safety documentation, and site controls are in place prior to commencing work.
• Conduct or lead job safety briefings and address unsafe conditions promptly.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, transporters, disposal facilities, and regulators to facilitate project execution.
• Monitor conditions and halt work to ensure a safe environment.
