Job summary

Momentum Environmental in the United States seeks a Field Supervisor to lead field teams delivering industrial cleaning, waste management, emergency response and remediation services. You will coordinate scope, schedule and budget for service engagements while collaborating with Directors and VP-level leaders to drive profitability.

You will ensure health and safety compliance, manage staffing and equipment, review project deliverables, and use data to improve price and execution.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Proficient communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proven project management experience in field services.
• Understanding of OSHA, RCRA and DOT regulations related to field work.

Responsibilities

• Acts as field leader and project manager for service engagements with scope, schedule and budget responsibility.
• Coordinates staffing and equipment, ensures safety and regulatory compliance.
• Reviews deliverables, invoices, submittals and maintains cost tracking for projects.
• Advances profitability by using data to refine price and execution strategies.
