Job summary

H West Equipment Inc. is seeking an Environmental Equipment Sales Engineer to expand our sales coverage in California, Nevada, and Arizona. You will be the primary liaison between H West Equipment Inc. and the customer, presenting waste handling solutions and driving growth.

Responsibilities include pursuing new projects, developing quotes, closing deals, and fostering long-term relationships with decision makers in recycling and refuse sectors. A strong outside sales background is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental, refuse or recycling industry preferred or equivalent.
• Prior outside equipment sales engineering experience required; selling large-ticket items is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sell environmental equipment including balers, shredders, and related systems within the assigned territory.
• Develop quotes, pursue new project opportunities, and close sales while meeting quarterly quotas.
• Maintain CRM data, coordinate with engineering resources, and ensure customer satisfaction during warranty period.
