Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Engineering Intern to join our Truckee, California team. You will work with a network of senior engineers across municipal, federal, and industrial projects, gaining a full project lifecycle experience.

You’ll research engineering solutions to support analyses, reporting and design, and help prepare documents and presentations using ArcGIS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, CADD and Excel.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Environmental, Civil, Chemical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in researching engineering solutions to support analyses, reporting and design on projects.
• Develop documents and presentations using ArcGIS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, CADD, Excel and other software.
• Support fieldwork for construction management activities to gain full project lifecycle experience.
