Job summary

CDM Smith is looking for an Environmental Engineering Intern to join our Water Services Team in Sacramento, CA. You will work with a dynamic group of engineers on a range of municipal, federal, and industrial projects, researching solutions to support analyses, reporting, and design.

Interns will help develop documents and presentations using ArcGIS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, CADD, Excel, and other software, with potential fieldwork for construction management to gain full project lifecycle experience.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled and taking courses toward a Bachelors or Master's in Environmental, Civil, Chemical Engineering or a related engineering field is required.
• Travel up to 10% or less is anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Work with a dynamic team of engineers on municipal, federal, and industrial projects.
• Research engineering solutions to support analyses, reporting, and design.
