Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical and Environmental Engineering or FE certification
• At least four years experience in Civil, Chemical and Environmental Engineering
• Knowledge of engineering project management (planning, scheduling, staffing, coordinating, controlling, monitoring, evaluating and reporting)

Responsibilities

• Review water and wastewater permit applications and monitoring reports.
• Evaluate treatment system design/construction documents for compliance.
• Prepare calculations, data modeling, permits, letters and testimony.
• Coordinate approvals with municipalities or counties and issue permits.
• Provide technical guidance and training to staff.
