Job summary

CDM Smith in Denver is seeking an upcoming Masters graduate in Environmental Engineering to join our Water Services Group. You will contribute to the design and implementation of water and wastewater projects, growing within a dynamic team.

Under supervision you will perform site assessments, model water quality, prepare technical reports, and help present findings to clients. Opportunity to gain end-to-end project lifecycle experience with fieldwork exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• 1 year of related experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of water and wastewater facilities, sewer systems, pipelines, and related infrastructure.
• Conduct site assessments and adjust design parameters as needed.
• Contribute to technical report preparation and presentations for client meetings and industry conferences.
• Utilize tools like ArcGIS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, CAD and Excel in project tasks.
• There may be opportunities to participate in fieldwork supporting construction management activities.
