Responsibilities

• Lead the Environmental Services Department focusing on due diligence and compliance.
• Supervise and mentor a team of environmental professionals.
• Oversee workload, training, performance reviews, and hiring.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, utilization, and profitability for the department.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and identify new opportunities.
