Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Environmental Data Management Specialist to deliver complex technical solutions and support environmental data workflows using EQuIS. You will join a team of data managers, scientists, planners, engineers, and technologists, balancing multiple tasks with a client-service mindset.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of environmental consulting, plus 1+ years in remediation and data management (Access/EQuIS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, biology, geology, engineering or related discipline.
• 2+ years of environmental consulting experience.
• 1+ years of environmental remediation field work.
• 1+ years of data management experience using Access and/or EQuIS.

Responsibilities

• Implement EQuIS data management solutions with leadership and SME support.
• Contribute to project data management including data tracking, loading, and delivery.
• Learn and follow data management best practices.
• Develop competency to work on all phases of data management in EQuIS.
• Collaborate with data managers, scientists, planners, engineers, and technologists.
• Develop and implement project plans, assignments, and ensure quality, on-schedule, on-budget, safely.
