Job summary

ArborMetrics Solutions is seeking an Environmental Compliance Coordinator to manage the environmental portion of a Distribution Transformer Inspection Program in Virginia. The role blends office program management with field support, overseeing spill response, regulatory reporting, and contractor coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 2–8 years in environmental management, strong communication, and proficiency in Word and Excel. Travel within the region and some overnight stays are required.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of experience in environmental management, spill response, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to ~3.5 hours within region and overnight 1-3 nights/month.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the environmental portion of the Distribution Transformer Inspection Program.
• Maintain spreadsheets/databases tracking transformer status and oil issues.
• Coordinate with Asset Management to roll out programs across districts.
• Track spend rates and manage budgets.
• Coordinate with inspectors and stakeholders to remediate spills promptly.
