Job summary

ArborMetrics (AMS) is seeking an Environmental Compliance Coordinator to manage the environmental portion of a Distribution Transformer Inspection Program and support field coordination across 32 districts.

The role blends office-based program management with field support, requiring strong communication, data handling, and regulatory reporting capabilities. A hybrid work model with office and field duties is expected, along with travel as needed and opportunities for industry certifications.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly document and report.
• Strong organizational skills with self-motivation to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with SWPPP/CGP inspections, spill response or regulatory reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the environmental portion of the Distribution Transformer Inspection Program.
• Maintain spreadsheets and databases tracking transformer status and oil issues.
• Coordinate with Asset Management to roll out programs across districts.
• Track spend and manage budgets.
• Communicate with contractors to ensure timely oil spill remediation.
