ArborMetrics (AMS) is seeking an Environmental Compliance Coordinator to manage the environmental portion of a Distribution Transformer Inspection Program, which inspects up to 40,000 underground transformers per year. This role blends office-based program management with field support and coordination of environmental compliance activities.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2–8 years in environmental management, inspections, or related fields.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Willingness to travel regionally and overnight as required.

Aufgaben

• Manage the environmental portion of the Distribution Transformer Inspection Program.
• Maintain spreadsheets and databases tracking transformer replacement and oil issues.
• Coordinate with Asset Management for program rollouts across 32 districts.
• Track spend rates and manage budgets.
• Coordinate spill response with contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Report spills internally and to VADEQ when required.
• Approve containment in the field and dispatch spill vendors.
• Document spill responses and QA/QC cleanup.
• Determine PCB/non-PCB status and manage PCBs per TSCA.
