Western Rock Products seeks an Environmental professional to support permitting, reporting, and compliance across Central/Southern Utah facilities, including St. George area. You will act as a subject-matter expert, coordinating with the environmental team to develop innovative solutions and ensure regulatory adherence.

The role involves travel, collaboration across sites, and leading education on environmental policies, with a focus on safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental field or related discipline.
• Willingness to travel up to 50–75% and work varied shifts.
• Experience with environmental permits and regulatory compliance a plus.

Responsabilités

• Obtain environmental permits for plants, sites and projects.
• Develop and implement environmental compliance plans.
• Maintain documentation for inspections, audits and reports.
• Review site documentation for ongoing compliance.
• Lead internal and regulatory compliance reviews and audits.
• Provide training on policies, best practices and responsibilities.
• Communicate with agencies on regulatory programs and permits.
• Support sustainability initiatives and program improvements.
• Direct daily compliance activities and reporting.
• Assist with land use permitting as needed.
