Western Rock Products, a CRH Company, seeks an Environmental professional to ensure compliance across Utah facilities (Vernal, Price, Richfield, St. George). You will develop compliance plans, manage permitting, and lead reporting while supporting sustainable initiatives.

Collaborate with site teams, monitor regulatory changes, and drive training. Travel 50%–75% is expected; relocation assistance may be available for ideal candidates.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in environmental or related field is required.
• Strong computer skills (Excel/Word/Outlook) are required.
• Willing to travel 50%–75% and work nights/weekends when necessary.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain all environmental permits for company plants, sites and projects.
• Develop and implement environmental compliance plans (air quality, storm water, oil spill prevention, recycling, hazardous materials).
• Maintain documentation of inspections, audits, complaints and investigations.
• Review site documentation to ensure compliance; conduct internal audits and regulatory reviews.
• Educate and train employees on environmental policies and responsibilities.
• Lead and support sustainability initiatives and regulatory reporting.
• Communicate with government agencies on permits and compliance matters.
• Assist with land use permitting activities as needed.
• Respond to spills and ensure timely remediation.
