Western Rock Products, a CRH Company, seeks an Environmental Compliance Specialist to manage permitting and environmental programs across Central/Southern Utah. You will drive compliance efforts, report to regulatory agencies, and support sustainability initiatives.

The role emphasizes detail-oriented, organized, safety-minded individuals who can work independently or in a team to advance our environmental goals and ensure regulatory adherence across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in an environmental or related field.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel and work away from home as required.

Responsabilités

• Obtain all environmental permits required for company plants, sites, and projects.
• Develop and implement environmental compliance plans for programs (air quality, storm water, oil spill prevention, recycling).
• Maintain documentation compliance activities (inspections, audits, complaints).
• Review site documentation to ensure ongoing environmental compliance.
• Conduct reviews, inspections, and internal audits for permit and regulation adherence.
• Provide training on environmental policies and responsibilities.
