Western Rock Products, a CRH Company, is seeking an environmental professional to join our Utah team. You’ll work with the environmental group to ensure permit compliance, reporting, and sustainable practices across Central/Southern Utah facilities.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and safety minded, capable of independent work and collaborating with a team. Willingness to travel 50–75% and develop innovative environmental solutions is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in environmental or related field.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass pre-employment checks.
• Willing to travel and work away from home as required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Obtain all environmental permits for company plants, sites, and projects.
• Develop and implement environmental compliance plans for air quality, storm water, spill prevention, recycling, and hazardous materials.
• Maintain documentation compliance activities such as inspections, audits, complaints, and investigations.
• Review required documentation at all sites to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Provide educational events and training on environmental policies and responsibilities.
• Lead implementation of compliance policies and procedures throughout the company.
• Respond to and manage spills within your area.
