Qualifications

- 2+ years of environmental compliance, regulated waste management, or workplace risk investigations
- Experience interpreting environmental regulations (RCRA, DOT, state rules)
- Experience collecting and analyzing data to identify compliance gaps and drive corrective actions
- Hazardous waste certification such as RCRA or DOT training
- Master's degree in Environmental Health & Safety preferred
Responsibilities
- Own execution and delivery of regulated waste compliance projects and activities across sites
- Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to monitor compliance thresholds
- Collaborate with site teams to clarify waste compliance requirements and drive discussions
- Identify process improvements to reduce risk and increase efficiency
- Prepare clear documentation including status reports, audit results, and metrics
- Travel up to 50% of the time
