Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in environmental compliance, regulated waste management, or workplace risk investigations.
• Experience interpreting and applying environmental regulations (RCRA, DOT, and applicable state hazardous waste rules).
• Experience collecting and analyzing data to identify compliance gaps and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution and delivery of regulated waste compliance projects and activities across sites.
• Apply risk management methods such as waste compliance audits and site inspections to monitor thresholds and take corrective action.
• Collaborate with site teams, compliance operations, and partners to understand business needs and drive discussions.
• Identify process improvements to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
• Prepare clear documentation, reports, metrics, and communications for stakeholders.
• Travel expected up to 50% of the time.
