Job summary

You will lead wastewater operations, develop programs, and prepare permit applications while tracking KPIs and coordinating with regulators to maintain zero exceedances. The role requires a relevant degree and 4+ years of experience (2+ years plus Tyson trainee program).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Natural Science, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
• 4+ years of environmental experience, or 2+ years plus Tyson Foods trainee program.
• Experience in food production industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Wastewater Supervisor and Wastewater Operators.
• Create and implement environmental programs.
• Write compliance plans.
• Track KPIs for compliance.
• Develop and submit permit applications.
• Implement waste minimization programs.
• Ensure on-time reporting of required compliance-based reports.
• Communicate non-compliant issues.
