The role includes maintenance oversight, safety, budgeting, and data analysis to improve treatment processes. Responsibilities include supervising operators, ensuring permit compliance, and coordinating lab sampling and reporting while supporting continuous improvement and regulatory

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience supervising personnel performing related tasks.
• Basic computer skills including data entry and email.
• Background in environmental compliance is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 1–5 trips per year.

Responsibilities

• Maintain water treatment systems and perform operational maintenance.
• Budget for funds to operate and maintain the facility effectively.
• Ensure safe working environment with proper safety equipment.
• Analyze operational data to identify improvements.
• Ensure wastewater samples are collected and tested for permit compliance.
• Generate reports for corporate office and government agencies as required.
• Oversee and maintain pre-treatment or full-treatment equipment.
