Qualifications

• Ability to conduct engineering reviews and OSTDS permit issuance for OSTDS systems.
• Proficiency in field equipment operation including auger, soil probe, laser level, and GPS data logger.
• Knowledge of environmental rules, regulations, and water pollution control techniques.
• Ability to collect, evaluate, and analyze scientific and technical data.
• Experience in site inspections, sanitary surveys, and water sampling.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and legal notices.
