Job summary

You will help develop plans, permit applications, and reports across multi-media facilities, focusing on regulations such as RCRA, CERCLA, Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, and Title V. Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or Geology.
• 6+ years of Environmental Consulting experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG).
• Ability to work on industrial sites and follow client safety protocols.
• Knowledge of TRRP; familiarity with RRC regulations is a plus.
• Experience with environmental permitting and reporting (SPCC, SWPPP, NPDES) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SPCCs, SWPPPs, NPDES permit applications, air permits, and related reporting.
• Conduct facility audits, field investigations, data collection, and site reconnaissance.
• Manage sampling programs for storm water and industrial wastewater.
• Assist in developing plans, permit applications, and environmental compliance reports.
