Job summary

Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Scientist in our Austin, TX office to support environmental compliance projects. You will conduct office and field activities, help develop plans, permit applications, and reports, and communicate findings effectively.

Responsibilities include data table preparation, maps, figures, and coordination of field data collection. Travel overnight may be required; EIT/GIT is preferred and internship experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or Geology.
• 0–3 years of experience in environmental projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare environmental data tables, maps, figures, and reports.
• Assist with permit applications for industrial and energy projects.
• Support environmental regulatory reporting and planning.
• Conduct field investigations and data collection.
• Travel as needed and coordinate with subcontractors.
