Job summary

Vertex Resource Services Inc. is seeking a Client Development Associate, Environmental Services to drive commercial growth in North Texas and Dallas projects.

You will lead ecological studies, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and engage with clients, regulators, and stakeholders to win new opportunities. Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, Biology, Geology or related discipline.
• 3–4 years of business development or technical experience in environmental field with inside sales focus.
• Ideal candidate has 5–8 years of industry experience with senior technical consulting exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead ecological studies, habitat assessments, and biodiversity evaluations.
• Manage multiple ecological projects from planning to reporting.
• Develop conservation and habitat restoration plans ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Proactively engage with clients to identify new project opportunities and drive revenue.
