Qualifications

• Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
• One year of professional, administrative, or business experience.
• Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: Additional education will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Additional administrative, business, research, and/or clerical experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to supervisors and staff by reviewing and updating database related UST facility information per established business and standard operating procedures.
• Corresponds with the public by phone, and in writing regarding inconsistencies or inaccuracies in UST Facility Registration forms, invoice and regulations.
• Interprets procedures and regulations for the completion of daily work.
• Performs other duties as required.
