Job summary

ES Integrated is seeking an Environmental Administrative Accounting Associate in Sumter, SC. The role supports the facility by handling accounts payable, facility profile approvals, and purchase orders, while maintaining accurate records and filing systems.

The candidate should have a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and at least 2 years of administrative or accounting experience, with strong Excel/Word skills and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative or accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accounts payable in an accurate and timely manner.
• Prepare, submit, and track Facility Profile Approvals.
• Create and process purchase orders and maintain supporting documentation.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned by the Facility Business Manager.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and facility personnel.
• Support overall office operations while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
