Job description

We are looking for an EHS Manager who can make a complex industrial operation safer and stronger.

Job Posting

Safety is not a department, it is how we operate. We are hiring an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety efforts at our Evansville, Wisconsin manufacturing facility. This is a visible, plant-based leadership opportunity for someone who is credible on the floor and motivated by the impact of preventing injuries, strengthening compliance, and improving how work gets done.

Our operation includes heavy industrial equipment, moving machinery, cranes and hoists, furnaces, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, elevated noise, dust, vibration, and extreme temperatures. You will help ensure our people have the tools, training, and systems to work safely every day.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the facility's EHS strategy, programs, and daily safety presence across the manufacturing operation.
  • Partner with production, maintenance, engineering, and leadership to identify hazards, assess risk, and implement practical corrective actions.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, environmental, and foundry-specific requirements while keeping records, reporting, and documentation audit-ready.
  • Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, near-miss follow-up, and corrective-action plans that address issues at the source.
  • Deliver engaging safety training and conduct inspections, observations, audits, and risk assessments that strengthen daily behaviors.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience leading EHS programs in a manufacturing, foundry, metalworking, or other heavy industrial environment.
  • A working knowledge of OSHA standards, environmental compliance, incident investigation, risk assessment, and safety-management best practices.
  • The ability to build trust across hourly and salaried teams while holding a high standard for safe work.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems and communicating clear recommendations to leaders.
  • A bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety, occupational safety, industrial hygiene, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • We offer health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.

More importantly, this is the chance to lead work that matters: helping people leave safely while improving the reliability and performance of our operation.
