Job summary

You will champion a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with employees and leadership to foster a safe and productive workplace.

You will drive incident investigations, training, and continuous improvement initiatives, while collaborating with operations to minimize risk and protect workers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of safety leadership experience in manufacturing.
• OSHA knowledge and safety best practices.
• CSP certification is a plus; union environment experience preferred.
