Job summary

KB Search Team seeks an EH&S Manager to lead safety and environmental initiatives at a 36-acre aluminum foundry complex. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will work with employees and leaders to improve EH&S practices.

Identify hazards, investigate incidents, ensure OSHA and environmental compliance, and drive a strong safety culture across the operation. A degree is preferred but not required; strong problem solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of EH&S experience in heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Foundry experience is a plus.
• Degree preferred, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections and ensure OSHA and environmental compliance
• Manage regulatory reporting, record keeping, and SDS documentation

Our client is looking for an EH&S Manager to take the lead on safety and environmental initiatives at its 36-acre, five-building aluminum foundry complex. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you’ll work closely with employees and leaders across the operation to create a safer workplace, strengthen compliance, and continuously improve EH&S practices.

What You’ll Do
