Job summary

Thomas Young Group in Denver seeks a Building Envelope/Structural Project Manager to lead field evaluations, develop condition reports, design repairs for envelope and structural components, and manage schedules and communications.

The role mentors junior staff, coordinates with clients and contractors, and supports the launch of the Colorado office, working on multifamily and commercial rehabilitation projects in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building envelope or structural rehabilitation.
• Background in multifamily or commercial projects preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field evaluations and develop detailed condition assessment reports.
• Design repairs and prepare specifications for building envelope and structural components.
• Lead and coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and internal and external communications.
• Manage construction administration, including site observations and field testing.
• Review contractor submittals, change orders, and payment applications.
• Support and mentor junior staff, helping build out the new Colorado team.
• Serve as a key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
