Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a mechanical focus (ABET-accredited).
• Licensed Professional Engineer.
• 7–15 years of building design and construction experience.
• Experience managing building design projects with architectural clients.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and sustainability.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a multi-discipline engineering team.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with regional architectural firms.
• Manage projects from start to finish with hands-on design guidance.
• Collaborate with structural, electrical, and other internal teams.
• Use CAD and BIM software (including Revit).
• Ensure QA/QC and accurate project accounting.
• Travel as needed for client meetings and project work.
