Clean Harbors in San Juan PR is seeking a Field Services Technician (Laborer) to join our safety conscious team. This role will be active in the field responsible for hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, equipment decontamination and handling of hazardous materials.

Travel up to 50% is required. You will wear PPE, operate tools and equipment, and perform physically demanding tasks in varied weather and locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the top priority by following policies.
• Engage in strenuous physical labor and lift heavy objects.
• Operate light and heavy equipment and use various tools.
• Wear PPE and comply with respiratory protection standards.
• Work outdoors in all weather and in potentially hazardous environments.
• Attend safety meetings and assist in site remediation.
• Be available for on-call emergency response on rotating basis.
