Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Traveling Field Services Technician I to perform hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, equipment decontamination, and handling of hazardous materials in diverse field environments.

This travel-heavy role (60-80%) involves work across the United States, with two-week training academy. Travel expenses are paid and per diem is provided; comprehensive health benefits and 401K with company match are available.”

Qualifications

• Experience in asbestos abatement and/or mold remediation required.
• Asbestos certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Follow Health and Safety policies to keep safety as the priority.
• Operate light and heavy equipment and hand tools in field jobs.
• Wear and use PPE and respirators as required.
• Conduct field sampling activities and calibrate meters.
• Climb ladders/scaffolding and work in various weather conditions.
• Be on-call for emergency response on rotating basis.
