Job summary

JCO Workforce Solutions in Chandler seeks an enthusiastic Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing staffing team. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate aiming to launch a career in recruiting, sales, HR, or staffing.

No prior recruiting experience is required; you’ll receive training and mentorship. You will source candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate processes, and match people with opportunities while learning the staffing industry.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate or early in career
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable talking with people on the phone
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service, sales, recruiting, hospitality, or internship experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruiting resources
• Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Match candidates with job opportunities based on their skills and experience
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in our systems
• Work closely with Account Managers and other members of the recruiting team
• Help meet recruiting goals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Learn the staffing industry and develop into a successful professional recruiter
