Job summary

Medpace is seeking a full-time, office-based Project Assistant to join the Feasibility and Proposals team in Cincinnati. You will provide daily administrative support, assist with site outreach, and help finalize and deliver proposals while aligning with ICH-GCP guidelines and industry regulations.

You will maintain databases, prepare reports, and support other departments on ad hoc projects, contributing to a collaborative, growth-minded environment in a leading CRO setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science field preferred.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Become familiar with ICH-GCP guidelines, industry regulations, and Medpace systems.
• Provide day to day departmental support activities as necessary; Examples include site outreach, visual development in PowerPoint, and proposal finalization and delivery.
• Coordinate and provide summary for departmental meetings/conference calls as and when required
• Maintain database/spreadsheets and compile reports as necessary to facilitate tracking/documentation of departmental activities
• Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents as necessary
• Support other departments on ad hoc projects; and
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed
