Job summary

Medpace is seeking an Assistant for the Meeting and Events team in Cincinnati. This full-time, office-based role supports meeting preparation and coordination between management and attendees, working closely with the Meeting and Event Services Manager and Coordinators.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 1–2 years of admin experience, and strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and design tools. Attention to detail and confidential data handling are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Preferred 1-2 years experience in a business environment and/or administrative support role (open to new college graduates)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Preferred experience with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong multitasking ability
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential data

Job Summary

Our Meeting and Events team is seeking a full-time Assistant to support the group with event preparation! This Cincinnati, office-based employee will coordinate meeting activities between the management team and meeting attendees while working closely with the Meeting and Event Services Manager and Coordinators at Medpace.
