The position runs every Saturday from 6:00am to 12:00pm for a 3-month duration, with coverage for breaks as needed. Prior phlebotomy and strong customer service experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy experience is required, even as an intern/externship.
• Strong customer service and data entry skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in lobby and assist with check-ins at kiosk or tablet.
• Perform phlebotomy duties and assist with specimen collection as directed.
• Maintain a safe, professional lobby environment and accurate records.
• Support staff during breaks and cover staffing shortages as needed.
• Provide excellent service and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
