Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in lobby and assist with check-ins at kiosk or tablet.
• Support breaks and cover staffing gaps in lobby and draw room.
• Perform phlebotomy duties following established practices.
• Maintain lobby integrity and ensure patient comfort and confidentiality.
• Recordkeeping and documentation as directed.
