Job summary

Sky Climber Renewables is seeking an entry-level Wind Technician through the TOP Wind Service Technician program. Trainees receive exclusive safety and technical training accredited by the Global Wind Organization (GWO) and operate as part of a service team at a local wind site, supporting preventive and corrective maintenance.

You will report to the Program Manager and Site Manager, with opportunities to advance as you gain hands-on experience, and participate in comprehensive safety,

Qualifications

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must live within 1-hour commuting distance to job site.
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Successful completion of a climb preview prior to hire.

Responsibilities

Perform basic mechanical installations, maintenance, operations, and upgrades following established procedures.
Demonstrate knowledge of tools and use them safely.
Dismantle and assemble basic machinery, components, and equipment.
Accurately document all work performed.
Follow all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures.
