Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC seeks an entry-level Wind Farm Technician Associate to support operations and maintenance of wind farms and related facilities in the United States. You will work with experienced technicians to ensure safety, reliability and asset availability.

The role develops foundational technical, safety, and operational skills through hands-on training and documented maintenance activities within a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A certificate or associate degree in renewable energy technology is preferred.
• Experience in renewable energy installations or maintenance is beneficial.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support safe execution of O&M activities per policies and EHS rules.
• Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of renewable energy systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and data collection.
• Support senior technicians in diagnosing technical issues.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and tasks.
