Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Wind Farm Technician Associate to support the operations and maintenance of one or more wind farms and related facilities. The role emphasizes safety, timely maintenance, troubleshooting, and training within the O&M team.

You will be accountable for ensuring safe execution of planned maintenance, maintaining tools and records, and providing guidance to the O&M crew. This position requires readiness to relocate within driving distance of the site and a valid

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associate’s degree in sciences or a related field preferred.
Electrical license (Journeyman/Master) preferred or applicable license.

Responsibilities

Ensure all operations and maintenance activities are performed safely.
Assist in acceptance and performance tests on systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical systems as needed.
Assist turbine maintenance including services and major component work.
Support Balance of Plant procedures including substation/collection system maintenance.
Uphold company values and safe work practices.
